Responsibilities:11 years of experience in information systems, data processing management and technical experience in a large organization including extensive experience in the development of major IT policies and related supervisory experience.
Proven experience with implementation of designing security architecture
Experience with implementing defense-in-depth methodology for all new systems & services: defining the "depth" metric required for given systems to meet requirement
Identifying & remediation of "weakest links" in existing systems/services e.g. EOL/EOS hardware and software; developing methodology to measure as a function of level of vulnerability
Assess presently managed systems for any single points of failure and designing a redundant solution
Assessing risk levels of network components to ensure risk threshold is surpassed - development of risk threshold metric
Assess viability of cloud based services impact on existing security implementation
Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, load balancing, etc.
Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
Understanding of the OSI model and well-known ports and service
Understanding of PCI-DSS, ISO27001, NIST, CIS and information security requirements
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment and automate operational tasks
Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge of Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco appliances, F5 Load Balancers, Security Devices
Security related certification is preferred, Project Management or Supervisory or lead experience is highly desired
Knowledge of firewalls, IPS & IDS and to manage, configure and build out infrastructure
Extensive and progressively more responsible and diversified experience and expertise with information security engineering, operations, or management.
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and five (5) years’ experience in progressively responsible in information security, data processing management and technical experience in a large organization including extensive experience in the development of major IT policies and related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:Requires 5 or more years’ of experience in the delivery of instructor-led training or blended learning
Experience with providing technical training in applications, tools, and key cyber and internet fundamentals
Ability to apply instructional design principles to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives
Experience with the development, documentation, and maintenance of all training materials (design documents, lesson plans, instructor guides, participant guides, exercises, assessments, evaluations, etc
Knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in a dynamic work environment
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities:Must have a track record of success in acquiring new customers through building/developing a network of clients/contacts who utilize Staffing in Information or Cyber Security.
Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us.
Must have recent experience in IT or CS staffing services through direct client relationships.
Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management.
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
Experience in attending network events and expanding the client network.
Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills.
Experience managing team of recruiters- guiding them in sourcing process.
Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify new clients.
Strong proficiency in conducting risk mitigation with the candidates before submitting to client.
Verbal communication skills MUST be outstanding.
